I am SO excited about my products! When will they be ready?
At this time, I do not have the space to keep inventory and I am the sole operator. All items are made to order, around my children's schedules. Please allow at least 2 weeks lead time for items. I strive for less, but it is not always possible. If you need something rushed, that is a possibility, depending on multiple circumstances. There will be an additional fee for a rush order.
Can prints be altered?
There is a possibility that I can create what you are looking for. Please email me at twirlandtumbledesigns@gmail.com.
I really want a certain print, but I hate the color shirt the mock up is on? Is that the only option?
No, most everything is customizable to your liking, but please keep in mind that I am limited to what products are available. There also may be an additional charge for special requests (long sleeve vs. short sleeve, Bella Canvas vs Gildan, etc.).
Can I try my shirt on before I buy it?
No. I operate out of my home. For multiple reasons, I will not allow try on before. If you are very specific about fit, please email me at twirlandtumbledesigns@gmail.com to discuss available options.
I really hate the shirt I bought. Can I return it?
No, because all items are made to order, they are final sale. However, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. I will work with you to the best of my abilities.
I don't want to pay shipping fees. Can we pick up our order?
YES!
Do you offer things that are not listed on your site?
Absolutely! I am contacted daily for customized orders. Please keep in mind that I serve our local schools and teams and often have large orders. I want each person happy, but also may not be able to take on another order at any given time.
I see shadowing of words on the product image. Will that be on my shirt?
No, all items are watermarked to slow down the potential for someone to steal my designs.
Do you have a store front?
No. My dining room is my office, warehouse, and sales floor.
